SchoolSystems, LLC is committed to protect the security and privacy of your individual personal information. A Confidentiality Agreement is in place between SchoolSystems, LLC and St.%20Patrick%20Parish. A summary of this Confidentiality Agreement is below.

"We" refers to SchoolSystems, LLC, its employees, and officers.
"You" or "your" refers to the student, parents/guardians, and student's family members.

How We Use Your Personal Information

SchoolSystems, LLC collects your personal information for use by St.%20Patrick%20Parish. SchoolSystems does not use your information for any purpose, it is never distributed to a third party or leaves the SchoolSystems facilities. SchoolSystems cannot control how St.%20Patrick%20Parish uses your personal information and is not responsible for what St.%20Patrick%20Parish does with your personal information.

SchoolSystems promises to hold all Confidential Information and other sensitive data in trust and confidence. It promises not to use or disclose said information or any part or embodiment thereof, directly or indirectly, except as may be necessary in the performance of its duties on behalf of your school. SchoolSystems understands that the disclosure of Confidential Information could be highly damaging to St.%20Patrick%20Parish, its students, families and/or others.

SchoolSystems covenants and agrees not to copy, transfer or otherwise release from SchoolSystems' computer system, either physically or by an electronic format, materials containing Confidential Information or other sensitive data, unless authorized to do so in writing by an employee of St.%20Patrick%20Parish with the authority to grant such authorization or as required by law. All Confidential Information or sensitive data is the property of St.%20Patrick%20Parish.

Security of your information

SchoolSystems is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. For example, we store the personal information you provide on computer servers with limited access that are located in controlled facilities. Additionally, when sensitive personal information is transmitted over the Internet, we protect it through the use of encryption, such as the Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

Use of cookies

We do NOT use cookies on any SchoolSystems sites.
